Are you serious?

Could it really already be time to start thinking about holiday sessions?

Yes, indeed it is! This year, I plan on limiting my sessions so that I can devote the time that is needed to each individual shoot and still dedicate time to my family. So with that in mind, I will be offering a limited number of holiday shoots! But–that will include two days of Mini Shoots. What does that mean? Well, if you’re one of those types that mainly does a holiday session to get Christmas cards made, then you are in luck! This type of session will allow for a shorter session geared towards those cards, but the package will include a set of cards! You can order more cards at the advertised rates on the Investment page.

Along these same lines, I’ll be offering a new set of holiday designs–but I’ll still have the same ones from the previous years too! There are so many designs that haven’t ever been used, so I want to give everyone the opportunity to pick exactly what they think their friends and loved ones will cherish and display for the season.

Mini Sessions will be offered on September 25th and October 16th. Locations are to be determined, as will time blocks and pricing details. If you’d like to go ahead and pick a day, let me know as soon as possible. I hope to have the specific details by the end of the month. I’m open to suggestions on locations too! I have some in mind, but I’m willing to hear what you have in mind.

Okay–well, I better get back to editing… I just want to make sure that if you’re thinking of a holiday session this year, be sure to let me know as soon as possible so that we can get you on the calendar!

Little Mister…

I think I’ll call Mr. M, Little Mister. It kind of fits him… He is just a smiley, happy, go-lucky little guy. He smiled when I got there, in between setting changes, when I was leaving, etc. Just non-stop. Love it! It’s hard to believe that he’s already 6 months old now. He learned to sit just in time too.

Check him out!

Does he not have the best smile?

His little teefies!

Love baby booties! Especially chunky booties!

He has a foot in the mouth trick, but he wasn’t feeling it today. I still think this one is quite cute!

Love it!

This expression cracks me up!

Standing tall…

These next few are for dad…

See his dimple?

Then we wrapped up the session with some mommy time…

Love all of these!

Thank you Little Mister… You were such a big boy and such a good sport. I enjoyed playing with you today and can’t wait until next time!

Meet Miss A–12 days old…

Miss A’s daddy contacted me last week to let me know his wife and him had welcomed a new baby girl into their world the week before. You see, I have this awesome group of labor and delivery nurses that found me and they continue to share their pictures that I have taken to everyone that comes their way. Such an honor!

So, back to Miss A. She was a surprise! How neat is that?! I never could wait… I had to know what my babies were, but I think it would be so neat to experience the surprise.

So here she is… She’s a petite thing with long legs!

Isn’t she tiny?

Love her sweet face!

Little vintage baby.

This blanket was actually dad’s blanket when he was a baby. It had been saved all these years!

I caught a tiny smile! *You can tell how tiny she is here, by how big the flower is on her!

She has a really neat safari room. How cool are these animals?

In Daddy’s hands…

A miracle for sure…

I love how she’s looking right at mommy!

Daddy’s little fan!

Thank you E family! It was a joy to meet you guys… Miss A is precious and I can’t wait to see her at our next session. Congrats!

Patriotic Baby turns ONE!

Remember this little cutie?

Well, look at her now… She is a walking, big one year old now!

Saturday, I got to celebrate her 1st birthday with her and her friends and family. We had a mini shoot before the party and then a cake smash at the end. In between I photographed all the fun stuff at her party. For now, I’ll just share our mini-shoot stuff and hopefully I can come back in a few days to share the party stuff. It was so much fun! And so cute!

Oh and check this one one… One year ago…

And today… She finally grew into that bow!

So funny!

Hi there!

I love this one… She being a shy girl…

I’m ONE!

Her fun smash cake…

Checking it out…

First taste…

Those cute toes!

Mmmm!

And that’s all folks!

Thank you Miss K and family! I have enjoyed getting to know you all over this past year… I can’t believe the ‘Little Firecracker Baby’ is one! I look forward to continuing to capture her as she grows into a little girl and a young woman–along with any new siblings she may acquire over the years. LOL! Happy Birthday, Miss K!

Take Two!

Earlier this month Miss G was due for her 3 month session… Well, Miss G was just a little tired so we didn’t get to do all the fun stuff mom wanted to do. I’m sure you’ll recognize her from her past sneak peek–still precious pictures! However, today we timed it just right and were able to get a few more of those poses.

First, we started with Bath Time…

Don’t you just love little baby hineys?

Hangin’ with mommy!

The whole family…

Big brother is quite the gamer, but with baby sister around, he has to help out some…

Then big sister… She’s just glad to have another girl in the family!

Last, we finished up our session outdoors…

All of her sweet baby parts…
Thank you W family! I hope we were able to capture the rest of what you were wanting to of Miss G. I promise we’ll get to use the little red wheel barrow… We will make a point of it next time–it’ll be first on the list! 😉

102

Degrees that is… It was a 102 degrees yesterday according to my vehicle when I arrived at this shoot. Thankfully there was a slight breeze and some shade to combat that heat. And Miss G rocked it…

She was snoozing when she got there, but withing minutes this is what she gave me…
Not bad for just getting out of the car and waking up. LOL!

Some mommy and me…

Daddy’s little girl!

Just wanna squeeze those legs!

She was contemplating here…

The family…

Love this tunnel… Makes the neatest pics!

Standing so tall!

I tell ya–I think mom picked the perfect outfit for those eyes… And I promise I didn’t know what it was before I got there either. I’m so glad I brought the chair!

Sweet baby lashes…

So cute~even with her serious face.

Love it!

Playing with mommy’s bracelet.
Thank you G family! We survived the heat-whoa, was it hot! Miss G is a pro at this picture taking stuff. Can’t believe our next session will be for her one year shoot!

Double the cuteness…

Plus I met their big sister… Remember this shoot?

Well, they’re now 3 months old and wow have they changed. They’re pretty darn cute and have such different looks. Brother is definitely more masculine (as masculine as a baby can get) and then sister is the little feminine one.

Here is Mr. A and Miss E at 3 months…

Aren’t they cute?

Sister was leaning over, but still a sweet smile!

I love this one…

Such a big boy!

Then sweet sister…

There’s that big sister!

The family.

Mommy and her babies…

Daddy and the twins!

Then several of big sister. She recently turned 4, so we grabbed some cute stuff while the babies were eating.

I think she likes the camera.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure she does!

My fav…

Wait, no this one is my fav! She was just too cute and fun!

Thank you C family! Everyone did so well… 3 months can be a hard age to capture because their attention span is so short, but I think A & E did a pretty good job. Must be that big sister setting a good example for them!

Another Model Search Shoot

Recently I posted a sneak of a sneak from the 2nd model search contender that I had picked. Well, I’m finally getting around to posting a few more from our shoot. I’ve actually already presented the proofs to them, but I thought I’d still share a few more.

Thank you Miss K! I had fun and hope you did too!

Gorgeous multiplied by two…

Yep–today I was photographing more gorgeous people. Miss C was due for her next session in her baby plan and this time she brought her big sister! We braved the heat for an early morning session, fed the ducks and managed to not fall into the water. 😉

I’m sure you’ll recognize Miss C. This is her 4th session in her plan, so one more to go and she’ll be one!

The ducks were quite fond of us after the Gerber Puffs were passed around.

There’s that big girl!

Huge swan!

The little white duck (on the rock) and his pal were like little puppies. They followed us everywhere.

Pretty blue eyed girl!

She’s standing tall…

Such a cutie!

Look at her standing all by herself… I’m betting she’s walking before her one year session!

So while Miss C took a break, we snapped some of big sis… Who is also a Miss C!

Okay, is she not stunning? She really wasn’t too into the pics, but I think we got some great ones and you’d never know!

Anyone want to guess how old she is?

There’s those sisters together! Baby girl was getting ready for her nap, so in went the thumb. So sweet!

Some lovin’!

So serene!

Thank you C sisters! We survived the heat and managed to get some great stuff. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek and I’ll be in touch soon!
