This little guy came to me for the first time 6 months ago… And here we are for his one year session and I can’t believe that it’s already time for it! He shares a very special date with me–his birthday is the same day as my anniversary. 😉

Let’s get down to business and share some of the goodies we captured the other day. Thankfully the clouds came out and we were able to have an outdoor session without fighting the sun! Yay!

The other night I snuck in a little mini-shoot with my nephew to capture a few 3 year old shots! He turns 3 just a few days after my little guy… I can’t believe they’re already going to be 3!

In case you’re wondering where I’ve been… I took a little summer break–I guess you could call it a stay-cation. We’ve been to Hurricane Harbor, roller skating, eating ice cream, etc. Just spending a little family time before we jump into the back to school routine.

Today I met up with a mini baby planner for her 6 month session. I can’t believe how big she is–I tell you, she is going to be tall like her daddy. She wouldn’t even fit in my wire basket and I’ve had 9 month olds in it before! She was such a sweet little girl–especially in this heat we were enduring.

That’s what her big brother calls her… So sweet! His mom told me that when they were getting her new room ready, he would say it was pretty. Well, now baby girl is called “Pretty” since she is finally here.

Today I got to play with a Pretty Princess… She recently turned 3 months old. I’m noticing like last year, I have a group of baby planners that are all about the same age. So recently I’ve been doing several 3 month olds. It’s so fun to see how much they’ve changed from that newborn session.

Okay–so JC-Originals is going to try something new this year… Mini Sessions! What it is… Basically, a set location with sessions back to back allowing for more people to join in at a discounted rate. Woo-hoo! What more could you ask for? I know it’s early, but I’ve already had some inquiries and bookings! Which basically means… If you’re interested–contact me pronto!

Here’s the fine print… If there is more interest than slots available, then I will open it up for afternoon/evening slots. There has to be at least 3 commitments or Mini Sessions will be canceled. $75 is due upon booking and balance will be due at the actual session. Slots are first come-first serve. You have 3 business days upon booking to pay your deposit or your slot may be given to the next paying client.

**I will update this post when slots are taken.

Oh and I’ll still be doing regular holiday sessions if you want more than the 30 minute block–even if you want the same location as one of the Mini’s. Just contact me soon before they’re all booked!

A couple of posts ago, I posted Miss K’s One Year Session… We had actually done it before and after her BIG party! It was quite fun to be able to capture her party in addition to just her turning one.

A lot goes into planning that first birthday for most parents and Miss K’s parents didn’t skip a beat!
