The Happiest Baby on the Block…

Anyone ever read that book? Well, I think this momma did… Or at least Miss G did! Wow, oh wow, was she happy! It was a beautiful day, actually a really pleasant session. Grandma and grandpa came along to enjoy the scenery, er, their granddaughter. They were a big help!

Well, here is Miss G… All 6 months of her!

Basket o’ baby!

She was drawing a crowd here!

Okay, she just went from baby to big girl when I saw this picture!

Happy as can be…

Isn’t that face the sweetest thing?

Funky sock time!

Little ladybug.

Love her expression and hand gesture… Almost as if she’s trying to say something!

Whoa! That’s a big pumpkin!

Thank you W family (and grandparents). I enjoyed our nice stroll through the park. Miss G was a joy to photograph and I can’t wait to see her in 3 months!

**Be sure to scroll down… Lots of action happening around here lately!

Jayden – 4 Weeker!

This little guy wasn’t even quite 6 lbs. when he was born… He was such a cute little man. Born just a couple weeks early, but didn’t get to see me until he was 4 weeks old. I always warn mommas that older babies can be harder to sleep or curl up, but I continue to be amazed by these older ones!

Meet Mr. J!

Check out his faux hawk! Love it!

He was an awesome sleeper… I don’t think it took me more than an hour tops (if that)!

Daddy’s Sports Champ…

H.A.P.P.Y.

Doesn’t he look like he’s contemplating something?

See, still smiling!

All cozy!

He smiled so much! He tried to hide those smiles from my camera, but I finally caught several as you can see.

Mommy’s Little Man!

Thank you Mr. J! I can’t wait to watch you grow into a fine little guy. It was a joy meeting you!

What a doll!!

The last time I saw this little one, she was just a teeny-tiny newborn baby girl.

Well, she is now 8 months old, going on 9! She has two big brothers and is probably one of the most laid back little girls I know. Granted, I’m used to my boy being the 3rd, so I’m sure that’s like comparing apples to watermelons!

Here she is…

Oh and if you like her outfit, it’s from My Vintage Baby. They have some of the cutest things that photograph beautifully!

Love!

Hehe! Diva in training…

She was attracting a crowd on this one… Even had someone come up and ask if they could take their own picture of her!

Fall time!

Isn’t she just a doll? It was definitely a fun time capturing all this sweetness in one session!

The first of several baby girls coming up…

Yesterday I got the pleasure of meeting the newest baby planner of mine, which is also the first of several baby girls I have these next two weeks. She was absolutely precious. And let me tell you–wide awake. And happy as can be while awake! We did pull out the big tricks and get her to sleep as you’ll see. Once she was out, she was OUT! So fun… I love it–every moment of it!

Meet Miss C… Gosh, I should have asked if I could share her name–She has the neatest name! I love names that you don’t hear very often if ever at all…

The new family!

Welcome home, baby girl…

A.D.O.R.E.

In daddy’s hands!

Just classic black and white portrait… Simple, but yet beautiful.

Sweet baby face!

Sweet baby feet!

I told you, once she was out, she was out!

Little princess…

Blanket from grandma, I believe…

Little pumpkin!

Thank you S family for inviting me out to capture this first year of Miss C’s life. I can’t wait to watch her grow into a beautiful little girl over this next year. Congratulations!

Remember the hair??

This little guy has the best hair.EVER.I promise! I love his ‘do! It’s au naturel too–no coaxing, just does it on it’s own. Love it! You might remember him from here (newborn) and here (4 months). I think mom is going to be pleasantly surprised when she sees these goodies… Little guy was under the weather, but he still gave us some great stuff.

Check him out!

So cute, huh? Thank you C family… Hope the little guy is feeling better now!

Mr. P – Take 2 at Adriatica…

So for Mr. P’s 3 month session, we attempted to do an outdoor shoot at a place called Adriatica. Well, it was just a little too much for the little guy at that age… It was bright, windy, etc. So, now that he’s older, we decided to do his ‘6 month’ session there. Well–much better results, if I say so myself!

Check them out… Sitting is so much fun!

Wait… Now what am I doing in this grass??

The family…

Love!

Wait… Now what is it that you want me to do?

Ahh… Sit in this basket and smile cute. Got it!

Fun with mommy!

He’s a fan already…

Looking quite like the handsome little man in this one…

You’d never know that he was born early, huh?

Cute little toes and fingers!

Thank you F family… Mr. P was a great little subject!

Lights-Camera-Action!

So yesterday we had a great shoot for a special little one year old… At a grand house–so thankful that they let us use their property. Well, while I was doing my thing, the owner snapped a few pics of us in action. So fun to see these after the fact! Thank you Ms. R for capturing these and sharing them with us…

It takes an army… We’ve got mom, nanny, me and even the dog.

**For the photography buffs, I actually don’t use flash outdoors, but we contemplated using the inside some, so I had it on just in case we did go in and out.

Yummmmm! Close-up time.
Well, I enjoyed seeing the behind-the-scenes. Did you? Thank you again Ms. R!

**Be sure to scroll down and see the resulting images from this shoot. So many great ones!

She’s one!

Goodness… All these babies turning one! I can’t believe another wave of baby planners are already a year old.

This is Miss C… I’ve actually known her mommy for quite a while. She was/is good friends with a few girls that I went to school with.

Seriously… Could her eyes be anymore beautiful than this?

Love baby lashes…

And sweet profiles!

Cheese!

Hard to believe she’s walking all over–seems like yesterday she would have fit in this stroller!

Birthday girl!

This is what happened when we wanted her to walk to us… She was ready for cake by this point!

Cake time!Thank you Miss C… You did a fantastic job. I’ve enjoyed watching you grow over this past year. And a special thank you to the R family for letting us use their beautiful home for this session. It was the perfect location!
