Graduation or Bust!

I’m sure you’ll remember this face–I did her Senior pics several months ago on her family’s ranch. We met to do some more pics, but this time was with her cap & gown along with her cheer outfit. Fun times! We ran here, there and everywhere–all worth the cold because we got quite the assortment of stuff!

We started out at the stadium…

Then made our way to the ‘train station’!

Tarleton–here she comes… Love the little sign that says ‘Exit Only’!

The skies were beautiful today. Ha! Just kidding… Ignore my sloppy work–just having a little photoshop fun!

Anyone want to guess where we were?

Cool hole in the wall… I thought all the textures would look good in b&w.

Love this blue with the contrast of the red.

Then this spot was right around the corner…

Thank you O family for having me capture these moments for you again… As before, I enjoyed myself and it was fun trying out new stuff in new spots!

A baby girl…

I’ve been on a baby boy run spurt lately and was excited when I heard this baby girl was coming… She is just as much the doll I imagined her to be! With two big brothers, I knew this momma was going to be having her all dolled up…

See for yourself… Oh and since she’s a friend of the fam, she let me try some new stuff I’ve been wanting to do. Thank you A for letting me play with your baby girl today! She was an absolute angel…

First we have a little smile… I love when I’m able to capture smiles!

Fun with zebra!

This one is a replication of a similar pose her two big brothers did…

One of my new backdrops I’m trying out!

Recognize this petti? Makes a cute newborn prop too!

Lovin’ her bedding!

Sweet & Simple…

How precious is this?!

Another fun backdrop I wanted to try out…

My fav–I think… LOL! I love so many of these, but I love close-ups too!

Thank you B family for letting me come play dress-up with your baby girl. Congrats!

6 more to go…

6 weeks that is… 6 weeks until this beautiful momma-to-be is holding her bouncing baby boy! Exciting, huh?! I had so much fun with this couple–they were up to anything! We did a little bit of ‘studio’, some in the nursery and then even some more ‘for his eyes’ only stuff–we’ll save those for the online gallery though!

For now though, here are some of my favs…

Lovin’ the emotion!

I love this one!

Absolutely glowing!

I thought the tat was cool in this one…

It’s always fun to see the expressions when you tell them to look at each other!

Daddy’s boy!

Little soft & faded look on this one…

We have to do a silhouette too… I always love how they turn out!

Thank you R family for having me out! It was a pleasure meeting you guys and I can’t wait to meet the little guy at our next session…

He can’t be 9 months!

Another one of my baby planners is 9 months old! Seriously… How are all my babies growing up so fast? So cute! He’s right at that age that the little ones go through a little seperation anxiety, but we still managed to get some cute stuff!

Here he is…

Love this face!

Ready to go… I can see him now–Watch out mom & dad!

The family!

There’s those blue eyes!

Love it! He loves the remote according to mom & dad…

Now that’s what I call relaxing…

Somebody was making some funny faces…

Another favorite pastime… Looking out the window!

I hope you enjoy them S family… Talk to you soon!

One is FUN and his big sister!

It’s been a year since I met this little guy and his big sister! Amazing how fast time flies by… Especially when you’re a walking, cruising, crawling, chattering ONE year old now!

Check them out!

License to DRIVE… Watch out world, here he comes!

Love, love, love this one! He is too cool…

How cute are they?

Beautiful!

I’m lovin’ the coat–I want one! Her hair is pretty awesome too, huh?

So I posed her on this one and she went ahead and crossed her legs–so ladylike!

She really did like my skirt!

Last, but definitely not least, cake time for the birthday boy! He loved it–can you tell?
Thank you W family! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek… There are many more, so I’ll be in touch soon when they’re all ready! Have a fun weekend!

Such a gentleman…

Today, I got to meet the much awaited little man for this family… And he was just the perfect little gentleman. I got to try out a couple of my new hats too!

Meet Mr. B and his family (well, you’ve met the family before)…

See how sweet he is?

A tiny little smile!

He was OUT!

All curled up…

Little Man

Love this! Trying to do more environment shots–I told mom that it would be cool to have this pic printed and hung above this spot. Perfect place for it! Maybe in a canvas or in an ornate frame to bring out the detail in the table…

He definitely liked being all snug–He wasn’t letting me do ‘the pose’, but still adorable!

Thank you C family! Mr. B was a great little guy… Congrats and I look forward to watching him grow over this next year.

Check her out!

Standing tall!

Daddy’s angel…

Mommy’s little girl!

Isn’t she cute?!

So sweet…

She had the best legs–so squeezable!

Love this one!

Thank you K family! Can’t wait to show you the rest–there were so many cute ones, I had a hard time picking for the sneak peek.

Standouts! {{New Product Alert!}}

I recently ordered a new product my lab was offering. It’s a wrapped picture on a standout mount. It’s so neat! It’s wrapped like a canvas, but it’s not as thick and then mounted on a small piece of gator board that is ready to hang.

Here are some samples…

Front view–you can see a bit of the shadowing the mounting creates. No frame needed!

Side view to show the effect the mounting does.

See how it’s wrapped like a canvas??
The back–pre-drilled for ease in hanging!

I’ll be adding these to the pricelist soon, so be sure to consider one! They look even better in person. If you’re interested in one from a past session, that’s no problem–just shoot me an email and we’ll get it all situated.

**Oh and I have another new product available too… Accordion books! They are so cute–perfect purse brag book. I’ll post pics soon once I get a chance to take some sample pics.

Zebra Party!

Today we had a joint birthday party for our girls… One birthday is in December and the other is in February, so we thought this year we’d do a joint party at the local skating rink. The girls had loads of fun!

Here are some snaps that I took in between hostessing!

The dessert table…

Cupcake Tree

Haidyn is 5! (well, almost)

Wild about Zebra!

Maddie is 8!

The birthday cake! Thank you to the talented Ms. Elizabeth (one of her best ones in my opinion!).

Bubba in skates!

My girls posing for mommy in their zebra attire!

And they’re off!

My dad skating with the girls–who knows how it’s been since he skated! Go PaPaw!

Blowing out the candles!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful girls! And thank you to the friends and family that made it out to celebrate with us… We missed those of you that weren’t able to make it!

We missed not being able to come, but Z was NOT in a good mood and went down for an early nap. I think he went through a growth spurt b/c last night was the first night he's slept all night in 4 days. He has been waking up taking 5-6 ounces and going back to sleep and then taking abnormally long naps during the day. Today, we seem to be back on his more normal schedule, we'll see. I sure hope so! I am not a big fan of getting up int he middle of the night for 3 nights in a row……..makes me a wee bit sleepy!!
I am putting a little something for each of the girls in the mail tomorrow!
Give them big hugs for us!!!!!
It looks like y'all had a great time and I love the pictures!!

The girls looked so cute. Happy birthday girls!

Got my baby fix…

I was missing my newborn sessions! With the holiday rush, the newborns were quite scarce, so it was nice to have a baby boy today… Perfect way to ring in the new year!

Baby M is welcomed by 2 big sisters… I’m sure they are going to be big helps–speaking from experience here! His mommy is a fellow photographer, but I thought I’d take some weight off her shoulders and take these pics for her… Hopefully it helped!

It took him a little bit to go to sleep, but he really was quite the gentleman. Didn’t dirty up any of my things–just daddy. Sorry dad!

Wanna see him? Well, here he is!

Look at that little smile (dimple and all)!

Love baby heads–do you see his little hairline? How cute is it?!

Absolutely Precious!

I love close-ups, but I’m sure you know that by now! I love how you can still see the little hairs on his shoulder–so new!

In Daddy’s arms…

Love the admiration of parent and new baby…

Love this one!

The new family…

Thank you E family for letting me come take the pics for you… I remember those first weeks and I’m grateful to capture these moments for you! I hope you get some rest and Mr. M sleeps well for you tonight!
