Full of fun!

This past weekend I met up with Miss G to finish out her baby plan which is always bitter sweet that our year has come to an end. Except–this wasn’t our last session–I’ll get to see her again in the fall due to the timing of our sessions, one got pushed back. Woo-hoo! Makes me happy that I’ll get to see her again! I’m always amazed at the the precious little ‘almost toddlers’ they have turned into by this one year session… Such a difference from they tiny, sleepy newborns they were when I met them.

So much fun!

Love hearing miracle stories…

Seriously… I do! I love talking with my clients and hearing about the special things in their life. Like the birth of their new baby that per doctors would never happen. And here she is being loved on by her new parents! Such a blessing… A true miracle! And you know what’s even more special? We’re going to get to watch this little miracle grow up on the blog for the next year. She is my newest baby planner!

Meet Miss A…

Jacob || Senior 2011

This session rounded off my weekend of fantastic photoshoots! It was a beautiful weekend–it makes me so happy to see the weather changing and making it more feasible to do outdoor sessions. Now, this crazy wind, well, it can take a hike. We worked thought it for this session, but I’d rather not have to deal with it, personally. LOL! That’s not too much to ask, huh?

So, meet Jacob. He is graduating in just a few short months!

It was great meeting you Jacob! I hope you have a fantastic rest of the year… I’ll be in touch soon when the proofs are ready!

Take Two!

A few weeks ago, I met up with Mr. D for his one year session… He had been getting over a double ear infection, but we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. Poor thing was just not feeling it. They later found out that he still had an ear infection even with the meds! So, because I want every session to have optimal results we made an arrangement for the family to meet up with me at a location that I was already going to be at this weekend. And success! Mr. D was doing better, smiling, walking, etc. Having a good time!

It was definitely a beautiful day! And a successful shoot too!

Oh the many expressions…

I was seriously grinning from ear to ear looking through this shoot to pick out my favs for this sneak peek.  Miss K was just full of expressions.  It was a joy to get to photograph her and confirmation that I love what I do!

She made so many cute faces! What a cutie pie. I am so jealous that she let them put a headband on her too.

P.S. I’m even more excited about our one year pictures at the Arboretum now. 🙂

Yum! Miss KJ is ONE and it’s candy time!

Several weeks ago, I met up with miss KJ to capture some shots for her 1st birthday party invitation!  We waited to share them so that they would be a surprise to the family when they received the invites.  She was such a trooper too because honestly it was a tad chilly.

Thank you for meeting up with me to capture Miss KJ turning one!  Such a fun time and she did so good!

You found me!

Yay!  So you found me at my new address…  Welcome!  From now on, this is where I will be posting all my blog posts.  The old blog will be going away, so be sure to bookmark this one and change the address in your Google Reader or whatever you use to follow me.

Please excuse any construction though…  I’m still in the beginning stages of tweaking everything, but I hope to have it in tip-top shape in no time!

See you soon…  I have a sneak peek all ready to post!

What a face!

Today I met Miss A… She was quite the sweetie and had just as sweet of a big sister. It was fun using some ideas that mom had for the session… I love going outside of my normal routine to get a different look for a session.

But, back to that face… Isn’t she precious?

Love how this one turned out… This was something mommy had and the hat was perfect!

Her sweet room!

Family time…

Thank you G family for the opportunity to capture this newest stage of your life. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek and I look forward to showing you the rest.

So loved and it shows!

Remember Mr. C from back at Christmas time?? Well, he’s 3 months old now and quite loved by two people and a furbaby. It’s so neat to come to sessions and see how much my baby planners have grown. Mr. C was no exception… He is filling out quite nicely!

Trying to stay serious…

But… Not for long!

Love the fist pump…

It was great seeing you B family… Mr. Colton is quite the handsome little guy and I’m so happy that everything is going so smoothly for you guys in the transition!

Happy girl!

Yesterday I met up with Miss K. It was time for her 4 month session… Baby girl was getting sleepy, but you’d never know it from these pictures. She was so good!

Isn’t she precious and not to mention such a pretty girl?

Thank you Miss K for being such a good model… Can’t wait to see you at your next appointment! I have a feeling you’ll be crawling by that point.
