Taylor… Senior 2012!

If you know me on Facebook you probably saw my recent pic with the temp showing 111 degrees outside… Well, that’s what we were starting with for Taylor’s Senior Session! I can’t believe how crazy these temps are right now, but they’re not stopping us… We’re just gonna work right on through them! And I have to say that Taylor and his family were great sports–I enjoyed meeting them!

The brothers…

A few family pics that we captured!

Thank you M Family! It was a pleasure meeting you all and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Hot, hot, hot!

So, we all know how hot it’s been… Well, I met up with the L Family recently and the temperatures were not forgiving at all! Whew! I’ve known the L family for many years–we were actually pregnant together with our 2nd children. They were even born days apart! And now I’ll be joining her in the world of 4 kids…

A treat after putting up with the crazy high temps!

Thank you L Family!

So sweet…

Little Miss A is just the sweetest thing… She’s still so tiny–well, she has some chub on those lets, but at 4 months old, she’s pretty petite! Baby girl was just smiling away for us and then in no time, she was ready for her nap, so we snapped one of her sleeping before I left. Precious!

Miss A–Thank you for being such a precious baby girl!

Slow down Mr. W!

It was already time for his 9 month session… I feel like I just met him at his newborn! Love his chub, his sweet smile and his almost bald head. Hehe! We met early in the morning to combat this crazy heat and were able to finish up before we all got too hot. His big sisters came long on this shoot too, so we grabbed a couple of them!

Is this not the cutest thing? I never had a bear crawler, so love seeing it!

Thank you Mr. W! Can’t believe the next time I see you, you will be ONE!

Miss C and Mister L — Seniors 2012

And they’re brother and sister! I met these two recently at the park for a senior/16th birthday session. Miss C is turning 16 soon, but they’re both going to be seniors this year! Congrats you two! Mom said that they’ve always been super close, they’re only 16 months apart, so we did some sibling shots in addition to individuals.

Meet Miss C aka Sister

And Mister L aka Brother

It was a pleasure meeting you the other day! I enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy the sneak peek–I’ll be in touch soon when the proofs are ready!

Miss A’s 4 Month Session!

Earlier this week I met up with Miss A and the girls in her family… It was time for her 4 month session. She is taking after her sister has some of the prettiest blue eyes and the cutest little smile!

Such pretty little girls! Can’t wait until our next session when baby sis is sitting…

Family… That’s what it’s all about!

My latest session was with the C Family… I met them about a year ago with all of their extended family for a big session and then this year they came back just the 4 of them. I think we decided that our next session will be in November because we keep choosing the hottest months to have our sessions. LOL! That’s okay–we survived and got some great shots of everyone.

Ahh, they love each other so much!

This is what happens when you tell them we’re done and there is a snow cone stand just across the railroad tracks. Ha!

Fun times with dad!

Thank you C Family! I enjoyed seeing you all again and I hope everyone got their snow cones before they closed!

Fantabulous Family of Five!

So last night I was waiting and waiting, almost impatiently because I wanted to share this sneak peek, but my net went down. Ugh! However, it’s back today! Yay! I met this family a little over a year ago when Miss A was in momma’s tummy. We did a newborn session which ended up being a 4 month session due to some difficulties she had and surgeries she needed on, but look at her now. She’s almost ONE! Oh and I’ve had the pleasure of teaching her middle sister in VBS two years now. So fun! One more… Mom is the maker of many of my wonderful headbands for the baby girls. Aren’t they fantastic. She is so creative in many areas… Check her blog out here:  BLOG!

Aren’t they a gorgeous family? Makes my job fun! Thank you D family… Hope you love them!

::Haley::Senior 2012::

I don’t think I’ve done a senior session that wasn’t my favorite… Every time I do a new one I love it just as much as the one before, if not more! Ha! I can have all favorites, right? Well, Miss Haley was no exception! She is the aunt to one of my baby planners and came down this weekend from Kansas (which I’m thoroughly honored about) to take care of her senior session. We started the session with it being 103 degrees outside and ended it an hour later–same temperature–but all worth it. I couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous willing subject.

Meet Haley!

A few of the sisters and nephew…

A funny outtake… I was getting Miss H positioned for the next shot and Mr. P came and had a seat next to her. He just had his session a couple of weeks ago and remembered exactly what to do and didn’t want to miss out on the spotlight! So cute!

Whew! That’s a lot, but we did so many fun things and fun spots… Even with the heat–it didn’t stop us! Thanks again Haley and family… I enjoyed meeting you and hope I’ve been able to create a lasting memory of your senior year!

These are great! Love the yellow wall and blue chair. Also like the suitcase and railroad tracks. Graet job! Where is this spot. Would love some yellow wall shots for Ava when she is older.

Thank you Leslee! This is downtown McKinney–we can definitely do one of Ava’s shoots here. There’s even a historic yellow house about two blocks away!

What a happy baby!

Seriously, this little guy is one of the happiest babies I’ve seen. Full of smiles–big, wide open mouth smiles. Love it! He’s one of my baby planners and this marked his 3rd session… The next one will be his one year! Wow! We tweaked his plan a bit with my new baby coming, so that means I’ll get to see him at 15-18 months too. Yay!

Doesn’t he have the best.smiles.ever? Mom said he is happy and smiley all the time! What a blessing! **Oh and a quick note… I edited these on a new laptop (just trying it out), so if the color looks a tad off, that’s the reason why. I’ll be editing the full session on my desktop, so no worries for further editing. Just playing with the laptop to see if I ever want to go that route.
