A Baby Brother… || Newborn Photographer, Rockwall, TX

Miss P is a big sister now.  You see, she had a baby brother recently and she is quite smitten about him.  I hear the entire family is smitten to be honest.  Babies do that.  Why do you think that newborn sessions are one of my favorite types of pics to take?  They’re just so snuggly, sweet and oh that baby smell.  So divine!  Welcome baby brother, welcome to this world where your sister will teach you all sorts of things, where your family will love you and where I’ll get to capture that first year of yours!

Warning…  Big share!

T Family Mini! || Family Photographer, Bishop Arts District, Dallas, TX

Ahh!  I couldn’t have had a better time with the T Family!  The older the kids get, the more fun they get…  Granted, they’ve always been fun, but both are such little models!  Love it!  And I’m loving that my hubby told me about Bishop Arts–so pretty down there!  Can’t believe I have never been there.

So Much Love! || Family Photographer, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, Plano, TX

Come to find out, little man was on the brink of a bug, but we still got lots of lovey shots.  He was a momma’s boy for sure!  And then Big Sis was such a good little model for me…  Hard to believe that she is in school now and I took her newborn pictures several years ago!  Enjoyed it H Family–love how these turned out!

The B Family Mini! || Family Photographer, Bishop Arts District, Dallas, TX

Loved, loved, loved how this one turned out!  Last year we were freezing, wind was blowing crazy and we worked as fast as possible.  This time, it was warmer, sun was pretty and we weren’t dying from the cold.  Score!  And they’re my family so even more fun!

G Family Mini Session || Family Photographer, Frisco, TX

Yay, a blog post!  I had to catch up on proofs and card orders and now that I’m caught up, I can share more goodies from this season’s mini sessions… I haven’t seen the G Family in years–actually the last session was when sister was turning ONE!  Hard to believe she is a grown up little girl now.  Had tons of fun catching up with them and let me tell you–the kids rocked this session…  Followed direction, obviously love each other, so it was a win-win situation!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The M Family Mini || Family Photographer, Plano, TX

I met the M Family for the first time at the field mini’s this year.  They are a friend of a long time client–you know how much I love referrals!  They have the cutest, sweetest little boys–so fun!  We started on the hill with the tall grass and couch with some playtime, walked the trails and then played some more before our time was up.  Enjoyed it M Family!

Christmas Tree Farm Visit || Family Photographer, DFW

One of my long time clients and I decided to venture out to the tree farm recently for their fall session…  Loved the idea and how it turned out.  If you follow me on Facebook, you’ve possibly already seen a few of these.  So much fun…  We treked through the mud, cut down a tree and even had a few resident cats follow us around.  LOL!

Sydney, Senior 2016! || Senior Photographer, Downtown Dallas, TX

Sydney, her momma and myself had so much fun at her session…  We opted to go to the Arts District downtown Dallas, which I love and just walked around and found all the cool spots!  Sydney is a big sister to one of my baby planners that just turned one.  So we’ve taken pics a few times this past year, but it was fun to just let her be in the spotlight.  Let me tell you, she is so happy go lucky, just chill and up for anything with a tiny bit of spunk peeking out.  Enjoyed it so much!

Family || Family Photographer, Harry Myers Park

I met this family last year for my mini sessions and was ecstatic when one of the daughters contacted me again for a session this year.  We did a full session this time, so we could spend more time with everyone.  Texas weather is hormonal as we all know it, so we weren’t sure if we would have to cancel, but we pulled it off…  You would never know if by the pics that rain was looming and it even started raining at one point.  We just moved our party to the porch and then took a risk at the end to try for a few more.  And we succeeded!

Beautiful Baby B || Baby Photographer, Dallas Arboretum

Miss B is 3 months!  Most 3 month old sessions can be a little challenging…  But–Miss B, rocked her session.  Maybe big brother and sister taught her their secrets and let her know that it was fun to take pics with Miss Jill.  I promise you, she is a living doll.  Perfect skin, blue eyes and the sweetest little smile.  Swoon!  We also captured a few shots of big sister because she is 3 now…  How can that be?!  She was a tiny baby when I met them for the first time!
