Last weekend was the weekend for boys at the Arboretum… It was beautiful as usual! I almost thought this one was going to get rained out (like our first session), but thankfully it never rained while we were there. Whew! This little man is so loved by his big brother and sister… They loved making him smile! And he loved them!
Can’t believe he’ll be one the next time I see him… Enjoyed it!
I’m a little behind on sharing this little man’s sneak peek–this past week was a whirlwind, but alas, today I am catching up. Mr. J was just so smiley–he stayed happy through the crazy humid weekend we were having. Quite a difference from this weekend, huh?
Hello! I’m sure you have noticed the changes around here… Still tweaking some things, but wanted to test it out! My new blog layout has some neat features, so I figured I’d test it out with my kids’ first day of school pics!

She’s one now and she’s related! This is my cousin’s little girl and isn’t she such a cutie! We had so much fun at our session–even through all the heat. She was a trooper too with the outfit changes… You know, it’s tough work being a girl! Hehe!
Love ending sessions with a cake smash… I think she did too!
This little man is going to be a big brother really soon! And they will almost share the same birthday–how exciting is that? He was such a happy guy–makes me even more excited to see him at our next session.

Not much longer and this momma will be holding her newest baby girl… It’s been many years since she welcomed their first baby girl, so I’m sure they’re just as ecstatic this time as before…

There is no way that this has happened already… Seriously, how did this guy turn one already?! I remember it like it was yesterday when I met him for the first time–barely over a week old. And now he’s a big one year old! Well, big man walking, but he’s still a little man… So cute!
He was on the move, but we stayed one step ahead of him to capture some seriously cute stuff!

This little man was just that–stunning! He was just a little over a week old and did such a great job. We filled his belly up, got the room warm and then he was out for the remainder of the session. It was actually pretty funny because about 2/3 of the way through the session though he tried everything he could to stay awake. It eyebrows would be raised, but those sweet little eyes just wouldn’t stay open! So cute!
Can’t wait to watch this little man grow up this next year! Next time we see him, he’ll be sitting like a big boy–just don’t do it too fast Mr. L!
Miss J is just that… Absolutely beautiful! She was bright-eyed when I got there and then slept for the remainder of her session. Perfect skin and gorgeous hair that looks like she will have curls! Congrats momma and daddy–I enjoyed meeting her today!
And then she woke up right as we were finishing! Love her little eyes in this last one, so inquisitive!
The D Family grew by 4 little feet recently… On my birthday actually! They came home to two big sisters who, let me tell you, are going to be the biggest helpers. They were such cuties at the session–big sister loved being in the spotlight! She called my setup ‘her stage’. So sweet! Well, let’s meet the twins…
