Email Woes

I’ve had several clients tell me they’re not getting my emails, only to find they’ve gone to their spam box. I’m not sure why that is happening, so if you’ve emailed me and not gotten a reply, please check your spam box. Or call me!

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Oh and I’m not sure if this will help, but if you don’t have my email in your address book, go ahead and add it so your Inbox will recognize my emails.

Oh and be sure you add my yahoo address… Even though you email me at my jc-originals email, it goes to my yahoo mail and that is where I will be replying from.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

My email addresses are as follows: jillatjc-originalsdotcom or jillcorn13atyahoodotcom Hopefully that makes sense… want to prevent any spam if possible.

Not just one, but two cuties!

I’m still going through these pics, but I thought I’d post a couple of the cuties I got to photograph this afternoon. Aren’t they precious?

Aren’t they sweet? I’m sure mom gets asked all the time, but nope, they’re not identical. They sure had me confused a few times, but I was able to figure out their personalities (with mom’s help) before too long!

Thanks again girls… I’ll try to be back for a bigger sneak peek later (if I have time), otherwise I’ll be in touch when your proofs are ready.

The 4-legged kind of clients…

I had a session this past weekend of a different kind of client… Horses! I’ve actually shot one of these horses before (last year actually), but now he has 2 new ‘girlfriends’. It’s really a great story… The girls have been adopted by Mister Rob’s owners. They were abused and now they’re going to be living a great life! Here are just a few of the images we captured that morning.

I’m actually making a holiday card out of these and the some of the other images I captured… I have this idea that I can’t wait to get out! Hopefully, it’s a keeper!

As usual, thank you for the opportunity… I’ll be in touch when the proofs are ready, it shouldn’t be too much longer. My proofing time has increased just a tad due to my holiday workload, but I hope to not be too far behind!

Up for the Challenge!

I’m always up for the challenge! My most recent session was with my nephew and his other cousins (not my kiddos). My brother called me beforehand to give me the info on my subjects… We had my nephew, who is almost 15 mos., Little Miss M who is almost 3, and Mr. C who is almost 17! Miss M is quite the shy one, so we spent a little bit of time at the beginning of our session just getting to know each other. We started the session off with her not even looking at me to ending with her smiling and singing with me! And Mr. C was ever so patient while we did all this… My nephew was quite patient too, especially for a 15 mos. old.

Well, with further hesitation, here are some of the shots that stood out to me!

We started with Mr. C since the other two weren’t quite ready.

Then I’m sure you recognize this face… My nephew, Mr. B!

This is Miss M. This much eye contact is awesome compared to what we were getting when we first got started. Doesn’t she have a sweet little expression though?

Fun group shots… I think my brother got the video of what was going on behind me to get these expressions… I’ll have to see if he’s uploaded it to Youtube yet. 😉 Just kidding! It was quite a site though…

Mr. C was so close to that skate park here that he was losing interest fast, but look at Miss M…
She was hamming it up for us by then.

It was a great session and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks everyone and I’ll be in touch when the rest are ready!

Remember these guys?

Can you believe how big they’ve gotten?

Baby Brother ‘A’ just turned 2. He is a miracle baby and every time he has a birthday it reminds me of the fight he endured as a newborn. BUT… Look at him now, so big and silly!

And then Big Brother ‘A’… Every time I see him now, I can’t believe how old he looks! You see, his mommy and I have been great friends for a while now… We were pregnant together and had our 1st borns within 7 weeks of each other. Our babies are growing up way too fast!

We took lots more pics, but I thought I’d post just a few of the boys…

Thanks again guys!

I love when they come back to see me!

I got to see some oldies, but goodies today! We ventured to the same park that my family went to last week. This is actually the session I was preparing for when we went to scope out the location.

Just one for now!

I am making myself turn off the computer now. I have to get more rest… Been going too much and I have sessions every day for the next few days. Few days off and then repeat every weekend until Thanksgiving with a couple of weekday sessions thrown in there. I love every bit of it though!

Ever been so tired?

She looks so sweet and comfy, doesn’t she?

Until you back up and start to wonder, where is she?

And you realize… That can’t be comfortable at all!

Little story: Haidyn had fallen asleep on the couch for naptime (normal occurence) and I went to my bedroom to do some work. About an hour and a half later she comes and sits beside me–my computer is just to the right of the PC. She acts like she wants to get on the computer with me and before I knew it, she had fallen back to sleep. I guess she was pretty tired!

The first shot is probably one of my favorites of all time. What a great moment to capture.

I remember you telling me about that! Too funny!
